On 14th September 2004, following a series of intense negotiations, The British East India Company was re-registered by Captain William G. MacDonald.
Today, The British East india Company has become solely involved in international trade, and extends its business capabilities through a powerful alliance network and a diverse portfolio of companies and activities from whisky distillation, steel production, steel plant and machinery, construction to telecommunications and shipping.
The British East India Company works with forward thinking individuals from around the world, particularly those who are within the Commonwealth, and respects the good work that The Commonwealth Development Corporation has made over the years, particularly in Africa.
